Easy Pork Chops

This is a very tasty and different recipe.   You will not taste the vinegar at all.

4 pork chops or pork steaks
 1/4 c. soy sauce
 1/3 c. white vinegar
water
 (add NO seasonings!)

Place pork chops in 10" skillet.Pour soy sauce and vinegar over meat. Add enough water to reach at least half way up on sides of meat(do not cover meat completely).
Cover and simmer about 45 mins.,turning meat about halfway through cooking time.
Uncover and let liquid reduce while  meat darkens a little (about 5  mins.)--do not let it cook down to the  point where meat dries out.
